Graduation & Degree Awarded
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the programme structure will be awarded the Diploma in Property Management from Kaplan Higher Education Academy.

Entry Requirements
- GCE A-Level; OR
- Kaplan Foundation Diploma; OR
- Completion of Year 12; OR
- Completion of less than Year 12 will be considered if it is an official completion of High School in the country of origin; OR
- IB Diploma; OR
- Pre-university certifications; OR
- Mature candidates (≥ 30 years old with 8 years of work experience); OR
- Other private or foreign qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
English Proficiency Requirement
- GCE O-Level English (Grade 1 to 7) or equivalent; OR
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent; OR
- Kaplan English Placement Test; OR
- Kaplan Diploma in Professional Business English (PBEP) Level 5
Delivery
Blended learning, which is a combination of face-to-face teaching and online learning will be progressively introduced from 25 October 2021.
Each full-time Kaplan Diploma programme consists of 8 modules that may be completed in a minimum of 8 months over 4 terms. Each module is timetabled to include 24 face-to-face contact hours* and supplemented with 18 hours’ worth of online lessons and materials made available via online real-time learning and on-demand self-directed learning. There are 42 hours in total curriculum hours per module.

*Due to COVID-19, majority of the face-to-face contact hours are currently delivered via online real-time learning. Once the situation improves, arrangements will be made to reinstate classroom delivery progressively.
Assessment & Exams
Each module is assessed by any combination of class participation, written assignments, projects or examinations. Assessment methods may vary according to individual module requirements.
Tuition Fees
The total tuition fee covers registration, lectures/tutorials/workshops and assessments such as assignments/tests/examinations/projects (where applicable), programme materials in digital format, Diploma (if earned) and transcript.

The Student Development Fee covers the provision of a comprehensive range of initiatives aimed at enhancing the career and industry-readiness of Kaplan students, such as programmes aimed at improving interpersonal skills, technical and digital skills, as well as career advisory and job matching services. - Non-Refundable Application Fee: S$492.20
- Administration Fee: S$963 (includes application for Kaplan Student Access Card, Student’s Pass, Fee Protection Scheme and Medical Insurance)

Education Loan
Choice of flexible repayment schemes available to suit your needs.
- Standard Repayment: Pay your monthly instalments (principal and interest) once your loan is disbursed.
- Partial Repayment: Pay partial instalments for up to 3 years or till the end of your programme, whichever is earlier. Standard monthly instalments (principal and interest) will commence thereafter.
- Interest Servicing: Pay only interest for up to 3 years or till the end of your programme, whichever is earlier. Standard monthly instalments (principal and interest) will commence thereafter.
- Flexible repayment tenure of up to 8 years.
